McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd has received a Letter of Intent from Cresccnt Power Limited for Extension of Dense Phase Conveying Pipelines, Fly Ash Silo. Dry & Wet Unloading and HCSD System for 40MW Power Plant at Sarishathali, Asansol at a price of Rs. 20.35 Crores including all applicable taxes, duties, cess and levies including Excise Duty. Educational Cess, Sales Tax, VAT, Service Tax, Works Contact Tax, as applicable. The contractual completion period is fourteen months from the date of Letter of Intent.
