In collaboration with one of the world`s leading shrimp feed manufacturers, the Pingtai Enterprises Co., Taiwan and Thai Union Feed Mill Co., Thailand, the company develops feeds and supplements for sustainable aqua culture.
It engages in processing black tiger prawns and shrimps for export for which it has got the European Union approval and US green card. Shrimp shell meal is also produced with the latest technology. In Andhra Pradesh, the company has two feed manufacturing plants at Kovvur with an installed capacity of 70,000 MTPA, a 1,200 MPTA frozen shrimps, prawns and scampi processing plant at Gopalapuram, and a 1,000 MPTA shrimp shell meal processing unit at Ethakota. It is the largest supplier of shrimp feed along the Indian coast.
The board of directors has approved the transfer of the entire power business under a scheme of arrangement. With firm base in Andhra Pradesh, the company is now expanding its market to other states such as Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Karnataka, Gujarat and Maharashtra.
