Aro Granite Industries (AROGRANI) is a 100% export-oriented company engaged in the manufacture of modular granite tiles and slabs. It was incorporated as a private limited company on May 3, 1988 and was converted into a public limited company with effect from Apr. 4, 1989. The ISO 9001:2000 certified company manufactures tiles and slabs in different dimensions and designs. Aro Granite exports its entire production and has a 100% export oriented unit (EOU) at the granite hub of India - Hosur, near Bangalore with installed capacities of 180,000 sq. m. modular granite tiles and 295,000 sq. m. granite random slabs. The capacity is being expanded for slabs by 33% and tiles by 200% by setting up a new tiling plant, and the expansion is expected to be completed by the first quarter of FY08.
The company has been awarded the Special Export Award by Chemical & Allied Product Export Promotion Council (CAPEXIL) for its outstanding export performance during the year 2006-2007. It exports products to USA, Canada, Europe, Japan, Far East and the South Pacific countries. The registered office is located at S-16, 2nd Floor, Green Park Extension, New Delhi-110016.

The company reported fall of 92.17% in standalone net profit on y-o-y basis to Rs 1.67 million, while total income dropped 7.65% y-o-y basis to Rs 339.61 million for the quarter ended March 2011.
