Punj Lloyd (PUNJLLOYD) is an engineering and construction company providing integrated design, engineering, procurement, construction and project management services for the energy industry and infrastructure sector projects. Punj Lloyd provides engineering construction services for onshore and offshore pipelines, gas gathering systems, oil and gas tanks and terminals including cryogenic LNG and LPG storage terminals, process facilities in the oil and gas and for power plant projects. It has also worked on various infrastructure projects. Punj Lloyd`s operations are spread across the regions of the Middle East, the Caspian, the Asia Pacific, Africa and South Asia and has 13 subsidiaries and 12 project and marketing offices, including overseas offices. The company has bagged an export award for the year 2004-2005 from the Projects Exports Promotion Council of India and has been winning that award for last few years. With over 20 years of experience in construction projects, Punj Lloyd has constructed more than 5,300 Km of pipelines and 4 million cubic m. of tanks and terminals capacity. It has executed 11 refinery modernization and quality improvement projects and has also worked on or is working on 14 highway projects in the infrastructure sector. In last two years, Punj Lloyd has expanded its presence in overseas assignments. From 2004 to 2005, the share of revenues from overseas projects has doubled to 56% and is planning to increase it.
