The company’s Building Products division offers a range of sanitary ware products, such as wash basins, water closets, closet seat covers, cisterns, bidets, urinals, and sinks; faucets consisting of showers, flush valves, kitchen and bathroom faucets, and related accessories; wellness products comprising steam rooms, bath tubs, shower enclosures and partitions, and shower panels, as well as trash masher, steam generator, whirlpool kit, and pressure pump; ceramic floor and wall tiles; and kitchen appliances, including microwave oven, chimney/hoods, built in hobs, cook tops, built in ovens, and cooking products. Its Container Glass division provides various glass containers for the packaging requirements of liquor, beverage, beer, pharmaceutical, and food industries. The company offers its products primarily through dealers and sub-dealers. HSIL Limited offers its products primarily under Hindware, Hindware Art, Hindware Italian Collection, and Benelave brand names. It also retails home interior products under the EVOK brand through its eight large stores and two small stores. The company was formerly known as Hindustan Sanitaryware & Industries Limited and changed its name to HSIL Limited in March 2009. HSIL Limited was founded in 1960 and is based in Gurgaon, India.
