As we had suggested yesterday that market is oversold and we will see a technical bounce back and same happened to a moderate extent with both indices closing in positive territory after a long streak of losing number of days at NSE and BSE.
Now one can trade with a positive bias in the market provided Nifty remains above 4835 level. The indicators that RBI will not squeeze more funds from the banks means that December is going to be a cushy month when next monetary policy announcement is to be made by RBI. Thus start your journey to make money with daily hot stock for the day as now BSE and NSE market breadth is neutral and both indices on short term are trending with a positive bias. India's Sensex and Nifty have moved up as investors are trying to cover their short positions ahead of the expiry of near-month derivative contracts on Thursday.
Analysis of derivatives data also suggests that technically market appears all set to retouch 5000 levels and probability of same happening before or by F&O expiry is high. As a trader one has to keep an eye on the level of 4835 whose break on the higher side will give the first signal that Nifty is heading for 5000 mark and break of 4799 level means that Nifty is again heading to touch year lows at 4720.
