The company produces acrylic cotton yarn and high bulk acrylic yarn, polyester yarn, polyester cotton yarn, viscose yarn, dyed viscose yarn and viscose cotton yarn. Cotton yarns produced is both carded and combed. The production capacity of the Barnala unit in Punjab is 30 tons per day and the Paonta Sahib unit in Himachal Pradesh spins produces 38 tons per day. The products find use in the textile and clothing industry. The company has a 66KV sub station in its plants with backlup electric generation sets. The mills are equipped with hi-tech state-of-the-art machineries from world-renowned textile machinery manufacturers like Rieter, Trutszler, Crossrol, Schlafhorst and Savio. The company has imported world class cone-to-cone bulking, a winding machine from Savio, Italy for the shrinking of acrylic yarn, Hb and blends, and wool and blend set yarn. Cotton is processed in the mills with humidity and textile air engineering system provided by the Luwa humidification system and processes conform to quality norms specified by Textile Research Associations of India. The company exports to countries like Japan, China, Germany, UK, USA, Canada, Sweden, and many more countries.
