It has a facility at Ghaziabad in UP for threading and end-finishing casing pipes.The company`s major customer is ONGC. Its registered office is at Gurgaon, Haryana and D P Jindal is the chairman. The company has recently undergone a major organizational restructuring with two other companies, Newsco Newtech Pvt Ltd and Discovery Hydrocarbons Private Ltd being absorbed into the company. At the same time, the Casinvest division of the company has been demerged into a separate company, Haryana Capfin Ltd.
