Dhanuka Agritech (DHANUKA) formerly known as Dhanuka Pesticides was incorporated as a public company in the year 1985, under the Indian Companies Act, 1956. Dhanuka Pesticides is a part of Dhanuka Group. It was started primarily for manufacturing technical grade pesticides namely, fenvalerate and cypermethrin. The Dhanuka group is a well established manufacturer of a wide range of popular pesticides, in ECs, granules, wettables and dust formulations of insecticides, fungicides, weedicides, PGR, growth stimulant and wetting agents. Dhanuka Agritech has manufacturing units at Haryana, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh & Jammu and Kashmir. The company entered into a series of technical tie-up agreements with a number of Japanese multinationals, namely, Takeda Chemicals Industries, Japan for cartap hydrochloride and validamycin; MitsuiChemicals, Japan for etofenprox; Hokko Chemicals Ind. Co., Japan for kasugamycin. DHANUKA is based in Gurgaon, India.
