It appears that home loan war is getting hot as SBI has announced that it si going to offer 25 basis points discount to the prospective home loan clients during the festive offer. Earlier HDFC and ICICI bank have also come with innovative offerings.
This cut of 25 basis points is applicable for all borrowers upto 31 Dec 2011.If you are planning to go for a loan, one can check out this offer now as SBI is going to increase its base rates in next 2-3 weeks and again loans will become costlier.
