The markets are seeing a relief rally or we can call it as a technical pullback and same was announced without mincing words on 25 Aug. The Nifty has bounced back from 4750 levels and now same will act as a strong support level. Thus make use of the positive bias in the market and go for the hot stock pick for the day and make merry while the sun shines on the Indian horizon in intraday trading as BSE market breadth was positive on the last closing with 1,821 stocks advanced while 977 stocks declined out of 2,944 traded stocks. Derivatives Analysis
Options traders build up fresh shorts in 4,900-5,000 strike put options and initiated short covering in the 5,000-5,100 strike calls as participants expected the current rally to get extension around 5,150.
Indian Growth Data
The first quarter GDP growth dipped to 7.7% compared to 9.3% during the same quarter of the previous year. The manufacturing sector growth came in at 7.2% vs 12.7% on a y-o-y basis. Industrial growth stood at 5.1% and the farm sector grew at 3.9%, according to the government data.
