However negative news can not be negated as it has been reported that we may see below normal monsoon and it means a possible economic slowdown. India Meteorological Department (IMD) prediction that the southwest monsoons will be 95% of the long-period average, less than April forecast of 98% and just short of the 96-104% range that the IMD considers normal. However all is not lost as even Rakesh Jhunjhunwala feels that market is not going to fall below 4900. Volumes are low and thus there is lot of volatility and market is close to bottoming out. Market breadth was in favour of declines - about 375 shares advanced as against 921 shares declined on National Stock Exchange. Analysis of derivative data suggests that there is more interest in buying puts rather than selling calls, indicating continuation of the downtrend and Nifty has to hold 5170 level else we see new lows. The outlook 5 will be week for tomorrow, if Nifty 5266 level is not held tomorrow.

Timbor Home closed at Rs 91.20, a premium of 44.76% over issue price of Rs 63 a share. It has seen huge volume. However invest in IPOs with caution as the companies have not been tested against time in front of Public.
