Now one needs to keep an eye on Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) mid-quarter monetary policy review which is likely to take place on 16 June and also keep an eye on the meeting of a government panel on Thursday to decide on raising prices of diesel and cooking gas. These are going to have an impact on short term in the market.
Nifty is finding stiff resistance at the levels of 5,570 and as and when Nifty closes above this level, we will see relief rally setting in the market as thereafter it can rally to the level of 5,650-5,700 and if same is not held than it can fall to the level of 5,450. If we analyse the technical indicators we find that momentum indicators (MACD and RSI) continue to remain in buy mode on the daily charts, except for the Stochastic Slow which is showing signs of tiring out. We may see indecisiveness to continue for the current week. One will see positive bias in market once Nifty is able to move above 5600 levels and one will make sure shot money with our stock tips as it performs irrespective of the condition in the market. Just remember that if the Nifty holds 5400, the next trend is likely to be on the upside and thus do not miss the bus of making daily money in share market.
Analysis of derivative segment data suggests that maximum put OI is at 5400 strike, which is likely to act as a strong support, whereas fresh call writing is seen at 5600 and 5700. So the Nifty is likely to trade in a range of 5400-5700 and only a breakout would give further direction to the indices.
Last but not least avoid investment in Maruti for short term due to its strike as management is coming with new union model. also keep Sun TV off the radar as Dayanidhi Maran may be dropped from Cabinet.
