We expect the RBI to raise the reverse repo rate, its key borrowing rate, by at least 25 basis points to 4.75. We are of the opinion that RBI's policy of tightening in recent quarters is  appropriate and probably this is the policy which has saved us from global meltdown.BSE advance-decline ratio stood at 1:2.
