Evaluation of Indices shows that benchmark BSE Sensex opened firm at 16,368 and rose to as high as 16,526 before slipping into negative territory and ending down 193 points or 1.18% at 16,163, while the Nifty closed at 4,830, down 70 points or 1.42%. The point for worry is that RSI is still oversold which means more number of supports will act as real supports, however real concern is overall daily chart which is still bearish following the MACD cross and the Parabolic-SAR turning bearish. Analysis of derivatives segment further suggest that volatility will be order of the day as implied volatility has increased marginally. If Nifty 4825 is broken on lwoer side than exit all your longs.
