Nifty support exists at 3599 with resistance at 3751-3825. Internationally Asian nations are finalising a $120-bn emergency fund and  Goldman Sachs sees India GDP improving in H2. Obama plans tax reshuffling which is going to deter firms shipping jobs abroad. However Nasscom is of the view that it will not impact Indian outsourcing. This move by Obama will be ending tax rules which were saving US companies $190-bn per annum. Obama also plans to tax more those companies which are outsourcing jobs abroad.

India Pakistan Developments affecting Economy

We are always keeping an eye on Indo Pak relations as it has a bearing on our economy to a great extent. It is a matter of concern that Pak govt has ordered its SWAT valley citizens to evacuate Swat town. They must heed to US advice where it is asking Pakistan to forego Indian obsession and focus in its internal matters. Moreover US s going to triple aid to Pakistan in order to enable it to fight Taliban.
