Real Estate prices to become Stable in India

1. Real estate is a sector which was giving exhorbitant returns and one of my friend's was investing with a company which was promising doubling of money in 18 months and he has lost his money because that company was investing in real estate and now buyers have become scarce in commodity due to high home loan rates. The lesson to be learnt from this fiasco is that do not run for money which even questions your conscience and should raiise your tentacles that is it feasible to get such high rates of interest.

2. Nonetheless real estate prices will again start moving once enough credit liquidity is available in the market and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is doing its bit by initiating cut in CRR. Now even recent announcement by RBI has come to the rescue of the banks whereby banks can use large portion of their money for lending purposes and thus one can see the lowering of home loan rates in near future.

3. Real estate developers are being forced to sell their condos and other mortgage deals at throw away prices as speculators are missing from the market and only genuine buyer is visible in the market. Thus one can see the softening of prices in real estate sector or one can haggle with the home developers.

4. Thus all those who are buying property for investment may find that the sky rocketing returns may not be feasible in near future unless lower rate interest regime returns. I took a loan at fixed rate from HDFC @7.5% and it is now mind boggling to see the sky rocketing home loan rates.The implication for the retail homebuyer is that home prices may not appreciate for some time to come.

4. Thus if you have been waiting for your dream property than one has a golden chance to buy the dream house as one can now arm twist the property rate as well as can get a lower interest loan.
