1. Budget has no negative triggers less waiver of Rs 50,000 crore agri loans and budget is positive for agricultural, pharma, auto, healtcare and manufacturing sectors. It is an even budget and excise duty cut also augurs well.
2. The capital market reforms announced will be good for the market but the stock market is not taking the budget as positive and that is the reason market is trading down.
