1. it is a known fact that US is facing a recession which will last at least for seven years as its sub prime crisis is yet to fully raise its head.
2. US President george Bush and Mr Ben Bernanke US Fed Governor has tried to salvage the US economy by their proactive measures by freezing the mortgage rates and reducing the interest rates respectively.
3. However my forecast is that the dollar will continue to depreciate against Rupee and in times to come say in Five years time frame we may see a level of dollar being valued against Indian rupee with in a range of 30-32 Rupee.
4. Thus Exporters and software companies may bear the brunt. Govt has to give them some sops to enable them to overcome this depreciation impact.
