Long Term Investing VS Day Trading

1. I am deliberating this post where I am trying to bring out the benefits of long term investment vs day trading and this post is being written for the benefit of my sister who has been pestering me to teach her the nuances of day trading.

2. I am always of a firm opinion that a day trader is always in a state of mental tension and his work requires him to produce miraculous results daily which is a herculean task whereas a long term investor can just sit and relax and sip coffee without any tension ashe/she knows that the time is own his/her side.

3. It is the time factor which enables any analyst to give more buy recommendations as time helps them to achieve the same and moreover it is in synchronous with human psychology where we are prone to be bullish.

4. I could understand my sister who rung up a number of times just to get me at home and speak to her at leisure to enable her become a professional. So dear sister this post and below post for first time invetsors is exclusively dedicated to you so that you can benefit from long term invetsment.

5. Remember not very long time Reliance3 was quoted at Rs 100 in year 2000/2001 and now it has skyrocketed to close to 3000/- and am not even considering the split which resulted in additional shares being issued. So long term invetsment is key to generation of real wealth.
