1.Recap:Century and Colgate recommendation could not be executed due to non meeting of entry price. For e.g. Colgate reversed from 396.15 where as our entry price for selling was if it broke 395.9. Similarly Century trade could not be executed due to non meeting of entry price like it reversed from 828.15 whereas recommended price for selling was 825.9.Thus it is important to enter at recommended price only.One should not feel that he/she would be left out of the race of making money and thus enters prematurely which means trouble is brewing.Recommendation of MTNL gave a return of more than Rs 2.5/- per share and thereafter it reversed and thus the importance of following Profit Booking Strategy is important.
2.Stock Market:Technically as per the charts the market is in uptrend but only matter of concern is a fact that Nifty has run up from 4000 to 5000 levels i.e. 25% uprise with in a span of a month.I would advise not repeat Not to buy for long term at such high levels of price.Wait as market will give you a reasonable chance to buy at lower levels and it will require just one trigger for bears to have an upper hand. Till than day trade with strict stop loss.Atleast book profit in those sectors which have given unprecedented returns.Watch Sensex breaking 17149,16999 and than be cautious.However avoid going short as Charts show market being in uptrend.Avoid entering Futures and options as a swift movement can wipe your returns.
