2.ITC has been recommended as a delivery stock due to following parametres:
(a)ITC has a strong support at around 150 which is unlikely to be breached and thus its long term trend has turned bullish.
(b)Weekly charts are indicating strong volume breakout and MACD and Histograms are indicating positive trend due to MACD positive crossover and histogram is gradually rising.
(c)Its business prospects is looking as its management is visionary as it has seen stagnation setting in its cigarette business and thus it has taken leap in retail segment much before others had even thought off.Its ITC lifestyle apparel stores is doing a brisk business and I am deeply touched by its Echoupal initiative where a farmer is getting latest information as well as his correct dues and is away from clutches of middleman.It is saving on advertisement cost on cigarettes due to cigarette advertisement bans.Its foray into E-retail business shows its foresightedness and am fully confident it will pay an individual as best thing comes to those who have patience and ofcourse charts do not lie.It pays handsome dividend too and thus can be kept as a fixed deposit.
