Who will form Govt in Karnataka?

Governor is Vajubhai Vala of RAJKOT n Ex-Finance Minister of Gujarat

He has given his seat of Rajkot to Narendra Modi 4 to become CHIEF MINISTER of Gujarat 

Narendra Modi totally safely elected on that seat of Vajubhai Vala n become Chief Minister and Now Prime Minister 

So going by above facts and Amit Shah twisting capability Governor is likely to call single largest party i.e BJP to form Govt. They will get 21 days to show the numbers and Amit Shah can create havoc. Governor is not duty bound to follow any presidents as he appoints Chief Minister seeing who can provide stability.

So, market will once again roar.
