Adlabs Entertainment IPO is going to be open for subscription wef 10 Mar 15 and will be valid till 12 mar 15. Their theme park exists between Mumbai and Pune and have water park included in it.

We will give this IPO a miss as this is highly priced and in its comparison Wonderla was a reasonably priced IPO in entertainment park segment. They are looking to expand in Hyderabad and is promoted by Manmohan Shetty.
Better to wait and buy as per the sentiment of the market post listing. As per the fundamentals the Adlabs Entertainment is over laden with debt. However since euphoria is high it may get you returns in post IPO opening which is not sure as fundamentally stock lacks any substance except a fact that its tickets are high priced at Rs 1900 per adult.
