Well, stress is good to get the best out of you but being stressed all the day is not good. Thus we found a good way to reduce the stress and is to allocate a particular time of the day for stress and this is the time when you can engage into all aspects which is causing you worrying or causing stress.
Use a strategy called the "worry chair" where one can reserve a 15-minute time during the day where you can just think and ponder over your worries on your own. As a thumb rule don't worry outside those 15 minutes, and make sure that you're spending your worry session in the same spot (hence the term "worry chair"!) each day.
During your worry session make sure that you use that time productively and consider all items as listed below:

- I have to anticipate and plan against these outcomes.
- Grab attention off what need to be attending to, whether it be job, spouse, kids etc
One can reduce stress using worry chair as when you're worried during the day, you can say, 'I'll think about that later. This will help you to switch your attention off that and go on to other things. The concept is that giving permission to worry about an aspect at a later time of the day will make you stress free and allow you to switch the attention away from the thought.
