Now they are going to have a new deposit scheme for passengers to book e-tickets faster through internet and same is feasible by virtue of advance money deposit kept in their individual account and thus one is not required to visit online bank portal for payment.
Benefit
People are not literate to perform online transactions through payment gateway or sometimes it fails and thus people are wary of using the payment gateway. Now they can deposit money in advance with IRCTC in their individual account. One has an option to select payment option.
