EBS payment gateway system has sent an email to its clients informing that they have a dedicated helpline number. The email is as appended below:
We are immensely glad to inform you that we now have a dedicated support helpline to assist merchants efficiently.
On calling this number and following the IVRS, you would be reaching the support staff directly, without having to talk to an operator.
The new helpline number 044-4231 3333 will be operational from 09th May 2012. You could reach our technical / transactions support staff between 10 AM to 06:30PM from Monday to Saturday.
All you need to do is, call us and key in your account ID, when prompted. Our support staff would be able to gather information regarding your open (or) pending tickets and assist you further.

Please note that you could also mail your queries to email@example.com and we would respond within an SLA of 8 to 24 hours.
