Facebook is trying to follow the footsteps of Google as it had launched advertisements servicing to the readers as last year it displayed more than 372 billion ad impressions in almost 200 countries.
It appears that it is getting success on the model of Google Adsense and that is the reason that it has increased the rate for Ads by 41%. Moreover it has increased ads from 4 to 7 per page which has led to a decreased Click through rate (CTR). This is but natural as reader has more choice.
