This is a warning to be heeded by all option traders as Options appears to be a lucrative option to make money, however it is a systematic design of the market to make retail investors part their money to big fishes in the market as 95% of the options expire worthless. So be careful of all those asking you to trade in options as you will be losing your amount invested in options premium. This segment looks lucrative however you can make money in this segment only by selling options which puts you at a non linear risk. This option of selling can be only exercised by people with fat money as by selling options they are able to pocket the premium received for more than 95% of the options executed as these expire worthless. Last but not least as a retail investor never sell an option naked.
Thus if you are a retail investor, keep away from this segment and thus either trade only with day trading tips or go for intraday futures trading and make sure that these calls are also closed same day to avoid global uncertainty.
