The coming week holds importance as it is going to be a F&O expiry week and thus one can see short covering occurring in the market if the level of 5400 is maintained. If Nifty 5400 level is broken, than one can short the Nifty for it to fall to the level of 5340 where Nifty will get requisite support for a bounce back.

No doubt Larsen & Toubro is also a force to reckon with among the plethora of stocks and shares listed on the stock exchanges. Royal Bank of Scotland and Goldman Sachs have re-rated the stock on positive side. Overall market breadth was positive on the BSE with 1534 gainers as compared to 1286 losers.
