1. The present condition of market is such that one can say that a trading bottom has been formed in the market; however one can not say the same about the final bottom of the market. One has to keep an eye on Sensex level of 8700 to see any further threat to the bottom being further breached. In such an eventuality market finds support at BSE Sensex level of 7800.

2. One of my friends was asking that if Sensex 6600 level was feasible and my answer was that it appears remote unless 8700 level is again breached. So now you know the key level to be watched.

3. Nifty faces resistance at the level of 3050 and if remains above the level on closing basis than Nifty can rally till 3200 level. However one should use the opportunity of entering in stocks for short duration and exiting with 10-15 percent gains.
