1. I just want to make you all aware of this fact that the last 3 numbers given on account panel i.e. on the reverse side of credit card is to be obliterated after remembering those figures.
2. The reason for the same is that one can avoid an online fraud in terms of online stealing of money.

Invariably we hand over the credit card for swiping and the individual feeds the credit card number in the computer for his records; however a smart operator can also remember the last 3 digits of your credit card on the reverse side as depicted pictorially and you are in for an online fraud as during any online transaction with a credit card; only two things are required and it is your credit card number and the last 3 numbers given on account panel.
4. So prevention is better than cure and thus make sure that one obliterates the last 3 digits but do remember to keep those 3 figures recorded in your mind.
