I am writing an interesting story about world economy. How valid is it? I leave it to you.

Japanese save a lot. They do not spend much. Also, Japan exports far more than it imports. Has an annual trade surplus of over 100 billion. Yet Japanese economy is considered weak, even collapsing.
Americans spend, save little. Also US imports more than it exports.
Has an annual trade deficit of over $400 billion. Yet, the American economy is considered strong and trusted to get stronger.
But where from do Americans get money to spend? They borrow from Japan, China and even India.
Virtually others save for the US to spend. Global savings are mostly invested in US, in dollars.
India itself keeps its foreign currency assets of over $50 billion in US securities. China has sunk over $160 billion in US securities.
Japan's stakes in US securities is in trillions.
Result:
The US has taken over $5 trillion from the world. So, as the world saves for the US - It's The Americans who spend freely. Today, to keep the US consumption going, that is for the US economy to work, other
countries have to remit $180 billion every quarter, which is $2 Billion a day to USA.
A Chinese economist asked a neat question. Who has invested more, US in China, or China in US? The US has invested in China less than half of what China has invested in US.
The same is the case with India. It have invested in US over $50 Billion. But the US has invested less than $20 billion in India.
Why the world is after US?
The secret lies in the American spending, that they hardly save. In fact they use their credit cards to spend their future income. That the US spends is what makes it attractive to export to the US. So US imports more than what it exports year after year.
The result:
The world is dependent on US consumption for its growth. By its deepening culture of consumption, the US has habituated the world to
feed on US consumption. But as the US needs money to finance its consumption, the world provides the money.
It's like a shopkeeper providing the money to a customer so that the customer keeps buying from the shop. If the customer will not buy, the shop won't have business, unless the shopkeeper funds him. The US is like the lucky customer. And the world is like the helpless shopkeeper
financier.
Who is America's biggest shopkeeper financier? Japan of course. Yet it's Japan which is regarded as weak. Modern economists complain that
Japanese do not spend, so they do not grow. To force the Japanese to spend, the Japanese government exerted itself, reduced the savings
rates, even charged the savers. Even then the Japanese did not spend (habits don't change, even with taxes, do they?). Their traditional postal savings alone is over $1.2 trillion. Thus, savings, far from being the strength of Japan, has become its pain.
Hence, what is the lesson?
That is, a nation cannot grow unless the people spend, not save. Not just spend, but borrow and spend.
Dr. Jagdish Bhagwati, the famous Indian-born economist in the US, told Manmohan Singh that Indians wastefully save. Ask them to spend, on imported cars and, seriously, even on cosmetics! This will put India on a growth curve. This is one of the reason for MNC's coming down to India, seeing the consumer spending.
'Saving is sin, and spending is virtue.'

Why 2G Scam Tainted Persons Got Away from Law Clutches?
An intuitive analogy to understand the 2G scam:-
Raja is a shopkeeper who sells bread. He is the only bread seller in the entire city, and everybody who wants to make sandwiches has to buy bread from him. That sounds like a fine job.
This bread is used around the city to make sandwiches. Now, consumers love sandwiches. They are ready to pay a lot of money to buy sandwiches. This must be a good news for Raja, right? Because he is sitting on the entire supply of bread in the town, and many people want to buy that bread.
If you were Raja, what would you do? Goddamn it! Sell it at a high price! Conduct an auction! Whoever pays the most gets the bread. It makes sense, right? Because you want to make money from it.
But, alas, Raja's ancestors had written an old rule-book, in which they had written an archaic rule saying two things -
Whoever comes first will get the bread; and
The price of bread will be fixed
Now, where is the fun in that! Raja is clearly disappointed with this. And then he got a brilliant idea. He called his friend, and this happened:
Raja: Dude, you know what?
Friend: What?
Raja: I am selling bread, and whoever comes first will get all the bread. And the price of that bread is nominal. Do you want it?
Friend: Dude, I can't be at your shop at 4 AM before others, so thanks, but I'll pass! I can't really win this stupid first-come-first-serve rule.
Raja: You've always been an idiot. I am not telling you to wake up and come before others and wait for the window to open. Don't you get it? I am going to tell you in advance when the window will open. You just need to pretend as if you don't know me, and behave as if you were the first one to come. And then, I'll give you the bread. Sounds doable, right?
Friend: Okay, even if we assume that we can do this, what in the world will I do with bread! I am not a sandwich maker, why do I need bread?
Raja: Are you insane, don't you see how valuable bread is? Because freaking everyone wants sandwiches. The man who has the bread, has the money. Don't you see it, idiot?
Friend: Okay, but even if I get the bread, I don't even know how to make sandwiches! I mean, it is stupid to apply for bread because people don't want bread, they want sandwiches (of which, I know nothing!)
Raja: Dude, you can always sell the bread to the actual sandwich makers. Look, you are getting this bread from me at a nominal cost of ₹5, whereas there are people ready to buy it at prices as high as ₹50! So, just get it from me and sell it. This is what was alleged in the 2G scam.
Spectrum was allotted on first-come-first-serve basis, but the deadlines were manipulated in order to give the licences to some particular firms. These firms were not even in the business of telecom, and later they simply exited the market by selling their business to the actual telecom operators at a very high price. Ultimately, the spectrum was sold at the market price, but the gains were pocketed not by the government, but by the middle men.
Was this a scam? You bet it was!
The problem was not that there was no scam. CBI judge OP Saini simply said that there was not enough evidence. To a judge, evidence matters. Circumstantial evidences are not enough. The Rascals got away.

Bull Bars Banned on Cars & Suvs
Indian government BANS bull-bars on cars and SUVs.
The ministry has also indicated that bull-bars are illegal according to the Section 52 of the Motor Vehicles Act. It has also pointed out that using bull-bars on vehicles attracts penalties under the Section 190 and 191 of the Motor Vehicles Act.
In the next few days, we may see RTOs and traffic police personnel across India acting against bull-bars, heavily penalizing drivers for running them, and also getting these hazardous accessory removed from vehicles. This drive may be similar to the one that was conducted a few years ago, after a Supreme Court judgment made window tints illegal on cars running in India.
First of all, fitting a bull-bar on a car equipped with airbags may impede the deployment of the airbags during a crash. Such a scenario could result in grevious injuries to you. Another big disadvantage of the bull-bar is that, during major crashes, it could damage the chassis of the car heavily, and prevent crumple zones of the car functioning properly. This can result in the force of the crash not being absorbed by the crumple zones of the car, and instead being transferred to the passengers. Serious injuries, or even death could be the result. Thirdly, bull -bars cause immense injuries/death to pedestrians even during minor crashes.

Which is Correct Procedure for Nomination to Avoid Legal Hassle Post Your Death?
I wonder how many of us are aware of this legal twist.
Will your Nominee get the money on your death ?
Did you think that your nominee is the person, who will get all the money legally from your Life Insurance Policy and Mutual funds investments? Ha! That is exactly what you think if you are not aware of the legal aspects. We assume a lot of things which sounds like they are obvious, but are not true from the legal point of view. Today, we all concentrate on nominations in financial products.
For whom are we earning? For whom are we investing? Who, do we want to leave all our wealth to, in case something happens to us? It might be your children, your spouse, parents, siblings etc., or just a subset of these. You also might want to exclude some people from your list of beneficiaries!. So you think you will nominate person X in your Insurance policy, and when you are dead and gone, all the money goes to person X and he/she becomes the sole owner? You are wrong, dude ! It does not work that way. Let us see how it actually does!
What is a nominee ?
According to law, a nominee is a trustee not the owner of the assets. In other words, he is only a caretaker of your assets. The nominee will only hold your money/asset as a trustee and will be legally bound to transfer it to the legal heirs. For most investments, a legal heir is entitled to the deceased's assets. For instance, Section 39 of the Insurance Act says the appointed nominee will be paid, though he may not be the legal heir. The nominee, in turn, is supposed to hold the proceeds in trust and the legal heir can claim the money.
A legal heir will be the one whose is mentioned in the will. However, if a will is not made, then the legal heirs of the assets are decided according to the succession laws, where the structure is predefined on who gets how much. For example, if a man during his lifetime executes a will. In the will, he mentions his wife and children as legal heirs, then after his death, his wife and children are the legal owners of his assets. It is essential that one needs to execute a will. It is the ultimate source of truth and replaces the succession law. Nominee can also be one of the legal heirs.
Important
· Mention the Full Name, Address, age, relationship to yourself of the nominee.
· Do not write the nomination in favour of wife and children as a class. Give their specific names and particulars existing at that moment.
· If the nominee is a minor, appoint a person who is a major as an appointee giving his full name, age, address and relationship to the nominee.
Why is the concept of nominee ?
So you might be wondering, if the nominee does not become the sole owner, why does such a concept of a nominee exist at all? It is pretty simple. When you die, you want to make sure that the Insurance company, Mutual fund or your shares should at least get out of the companies and go to someone you trust, and who can further help, in process of passing it to your legal heirs.
Otherwise, if a person dies and has not nominated anyone, your legal heirs will have to go through the process of producing all kind of certificates like death certificates, proof of relation etc., not to mention that the whole process is really cumbersome! (For each legal entity! The insurance company, the mutual funds, for the shares, for the real estate..) . So, to simplify, if a nominee exists, these hassles do not happen, since the company is bound to transfer all your money or assets to the nominee. The company the goes out of scene & then, it is between nominee and legal heirs.
Example of Nomination
Ajay was 58 years old who died recently in an accident. As his children were settled, he wanted to make sure that his wife is the sole owner of all the monetary assets. This includes his insurance policy and mutual funds. So during his lifetime, he nominated his wife as a nominee in his term insurance policy and mutual funds investments. However, after Ajay's death things did not turn up the way he wanted. The reason being Ajay did not leave a will. Though his wife was the nominee in all his movable assets, as per the law, his wife, along with children, were the legal heirs and all of them had equal right to Ajay's assets.
One simple step which could have saved the situation was that Ajay should have made a will which clearly stated that only his wife was entitled to get all the money and not his children.
Nomination in Life Insurance
A policyholder can appoint multiple nominees and can also specify their shares in the policy proceeds. Nomination in life insurance has one limitation, as insurance policies are bought to secure your financial dependents, your first choice of nominee has to be your family members. In case you want to nominate a non-family member like a friend or third party, you will have to show/PROVE the insurance company that there is some insurable interest for the person. This happens because of a Clause called PRINCIPAL OF INSURABLE INTEREST in insurance. Note that provision of nomination in life insurance is related to Section 39 of the Insurance Act.
Note that as per LIC website –
Nomination is a right conferred on the holder of a Policy of Life Assurance on his own life to appoint a person/s to receive policy moneys in the event of the policy becoming a claim by the assured's death. The Nominee does not get any other benefit except to receive the policy moneys on the death of the Life Assured. A nomination may be changed or cancelled by the life assured whenever he likes without the consent of the Nominee.
Make sure, you have a nominee for your policy for easy settlement of the claim, if you do not have any nominee mentioned in the policy, it can turn out to be a disaster for your dependents to get a claim.
Nomination in Mutual funds
In case of mutual funds, you can nominate up to three people, who can be registered at the time of purchasing the units. While filling in the application form, there is a provision to fill in the nomination details.
Even a minor can be a nominee, provided the guardian is specified in the nomination form. You can also change nomination later by filling up a form which is available on the mutual fund company website.
Nomination in mutual funds is at folio level and all units in the folio will be transferred to the nominee(s).
If an investor makes a further investment in the same folio, the nomination is applicable to the new units also. A non-resident Indian can be a nominee, subject to the exchange control regulations in force from time to time.

Nomination in Shares
Quiz for you . Now you know what a nominee means and who actually gets the money. So if there is a husband H, with wife W and nephew N, and he has nominated his nephew N to be the nominee of his shares in demat account, who will have the legal right to own the shares after husband's death? If you answer is wife, you are wrong in this case! In case of stocks, it does not work the usual way, if a will does not exist.
In the verdict, Justice Roshan Dalvi struck down a petition filed by Harsha Nitin Kokate, who was seeking permission to sell some shares held by her late husband. The Court noted that as she was not the nominee, she had no ownership rights over the shares. Ms Kokate's lawyer had argued that as she was the heir of her husband who had died intestate (without a will), she should have ownership rights of the shares, and be able to do anything with them as she wished. In this case, Ms Kokate's husband had nominated his nephew in favour of the shares. Justice Dalvi however noted that under the provisions of the Companies Act and the Depositories Act, Acts which govern the transfer of shares, the role of a nominee was different.
A reading of Section 109(A) of the Companies Act and 9.11 of the Depositories Act makes it abundantly clear that the intent of the nomination is to vest the property in the shares which includes the ownership rights there under in the nominee upon nomination validly made as per the procedure prescribed, as has been done in this case.
It means that if you have not written a will, anyone who has been nominated by you for your shares will be the ultimate owner of those stocks, The succession laws on inheritance will not be applicable but in case, you have made a will, that will be the source of truth.
Nomination in PPF
Let me give you some shock first. If you have Rs 10 lakh in your public provident fund (PPF) account and you have not nominated anyone for your PPF account, your legal heirs will get maximum of Rs1 lakh only! Yes, it is so important to have a nominee, now you get it . You can nominate one or more persons as nominee in PPF. Form F can be used to change or cancel a nomination for PPF. Also note that you cannot nominate anyone if you open an account for a minor.
Nomination in Saving/Current/FD/RD Account in Banks
FD's also come with nomination facility. While opening a new account, there is a column for nomination in the same form and you should fill it. You can nominate two persons with first and second option. Note that in case you have not done any nomination till now, you should request Form No DA-1 from your Bank which is used to assign a nominee in future. (Examples of ICICI Bank , HDFC Bank , Canara Bank) . In the same way to change/cancel the nomination you need to fill up Form no DA-2. Read about Corporate Fixed Deposits
As per a famous case, A Bench of Justices Aftab Alam and R M Lodha in an order said that the money lying deposited in the account of the original depositor should be distributed among the claimants in accordance with the Succession Act of the respective community and the nominee cannot claim any absolute right over it.
Section 45ZA(2)(Banking Regulation Act) merely put the nominee in the shoes of the depositor after his death and clothes him with the exclusive right to receive the money lying in the account. It gives him all the rights of the depositors so far as the depositors account is concerned. But it by no stretch of imagination make the nominee the owner of the money lying in the account, the Bench observed.

You also need to be well versed with basic legal aspects and make sure you carry out all due arrangement . How a Woman led to fall of Zimbabwe President Mr Mugabe?
Now, it's difficult to piece together what is going to become of Zimbabwe after now, however history gives us a peek at the key actors in the drama currently playing out.
Now, this is the story you dont't know.
Mugabe the deposed President of Zimbabwe, Constantine Chiwenga the Head of the Zimbabwean Military and Mnangagwa the sacked Vice President of Zimbabwe are all friends, very good friends, they are comrades. The three men were in their 20's when they entered the bushes and took part in the liberation struggle to free Zimbabwe from white rule. Mugabe who was initially the Sect General of ZANU PF, became the head of state, the other two men were equally given plum positions of power and have continued as the 3 musketeers presiding over the destiny of Zimbabwe for 37 years.
Sometime in the 90's - Mugabe, the first musketeer fell in love with his personal secretary who happened to be another man's wife at the time, the lady's name was Grace and she became his mistress. While Mugabe was still married Grace had children for him. In 1996 they became man and wife after the death of Mugabe's first spouse.
But Grace was no ordinary mistress turned wife, she was not ready to take a backseat, she turned herself into Mugabe's political confidant, she used the bed and made her way to the very centre of Zimbabwean politics straining the relationship between Mugabe and his two comrades.
Mnangagwa the 2nd musketeer after many years of loyalty became Mugabe's Vice President in 2014, paving the way for his eventual hold on power should Mugabe retire, resign or die. But Grace had other ideas she wangled her way into ZANU PF's politburo and began her move to take out Mnangagwa and take power from her ailing husband.
In August 2017 Mnangagwa accused certain persons in the party of trying to poison him and made references to Grace. This didn't go down well with Mugabe, how could anyone accuse his beautiful harmless Rose flower. What Mugabe forgot was that boys are allowed to fight but the brotherhood must stay strong and united. In a move that shocked everyone (but didn't shock his beloved Grace) , he removed Mnangagwa from the position of Vice President, Mnangagwa not sure of what Grace will do to him fled to South Africa.
Now, in comes the 3rd musketeer Chiwenga Head of the Zimbabwaean military, a friend and brother of both Mugabe and Mnangagwa, "this is all the fault of one woman", he is probably thinking in his mind, " we were one until this woman came. I trust Mnangagwa to takeover, I don't know this woman; by the way, where was she when we were sleeping in the bushes before the liberation".
Chiwenga sends a warning to Mugabe advising him to put his house in order, the first time he has ever spoken this way to his senior comrade. Thinking Mugabe will take the signal, call him, negotiate and talk things over a cup of tea. NO! Mugabe does the exact opposite, he sends his Minister of Information to tell the Army General to stay out of State matters, Mugabe then finalises plans to sack Chiwenga. The military chief at this point knows his brother and comrade in arms has drunk deep from the strange woman's bosom, it's not him speaking anymore, so he rolls out his tanks early this morning. He's therefore right when he says,"this is not a coup" ; when you really look at it, 3 friends have only fallen out over the ambitions of a woman.

What You Can Achieve in 5 Years?
Here is what Sher Shah Suri achieved in 5 years and 5 days (1540-1545). And he suceeded Mughal king Humayun.
1. Started the measurement and survey of all land holdings in the kingdom. Intoduced the measure "Gaj" which corresponds to 39 inches.
2. Started the "Patta" system for sale purchase of land.
3. Introduced the currency called "Rupya" (Rupee) which was a silver coin weighing 178 "Ratti". One Rupya was equal to 64 "Daam" which was later called "Aana".
4. Created 47 "Jilla" (districts) which were called "Sarkaar". Each Sarkaar had a Military officer and a Civilian officer like today's SP and DM.
5. Agricultural land was classified into the categories of Good, Average and Poor according to yield.The 'Lagaan' was determined accordingly.
6. Farmers were granted the facility of Agricultural loan called "Takavi".
7. Business tax was simplified into Entry tax when goods entered the Kingdom (Customs tax) and when they were sold (Sales tax).
8. Formed the "Cabinet system" of ruling with seperate ministers for Finance, Defence, Foreign affairs and Communications.
9. Instead of "Jamindari" system brought in "Rayatvari" system. While Jamindari was dynastic, in Rayatdari an officer was appointed like IAS.
10. Revenue courts were established in every 'Sarkar' where "Munsif" (DM of today) used to officiate as a Judge.
11. Every Sarkar also had a Criminal court where "Shikdar" (SP of today) used to officiate as a Judge.
12. Started new systems in Military. Horses were branded to identify them permanently. Records of soliders were maintained and they were assigned to a unit (Regiment system).
13. Constructed 1700 "Sarai" (Resting places) along the highways.
14. Started a Postal service.
15. Constructed GT road from Peshawar to Sonargaon, about 3000 km. long.
16. Constructed highways from Agra to Jodhpur, Agra to Burhanpur, Lahore to Multan.
17. Got Fruit yielding and Shadow giving trees along all highways.
18. Put the onus of the safety of travellers on the villages en route. If a traveller was robbed either the village produced the robber or it compensated the traveller. The onus of protection of traveller's life was on the village head. Either the culprit had to be handed over or the village head was punished. These measures made travelling quite safe for businessmen and others.
19. Constructed the Old fort of Delhi, Rohtasgarh fort and many other buildings.
20. Erected lamp post at every "Kos" on the highways to guide the travellers at night.
21. And he managed to achieve all this while fighting wars for 31 months out of 60 months reign!!!

Is it Right Time to Stop Flying Indigo Airlines?
Ans: *You and me,* the customers.
How?
✓ Indigo is the first airline to reduce the free luggage from 25 kg to 15 kg. *We did nothing. The DGCA also did nothing to protect the passengers' interests*.
✓ It is also the first to reduce the hand luggage from 10 kg to 7 kg. *We did nothing. Again the DGCA also did nothing*.
✓ It is the first airline to sell food inside the flight at exorbitant rates. I can understand if it does not provide free food to cut costs, but then it should not sell food. (Because the idea of stopping free food is also to reduce the plane's weight. Then by selling the same food plane's weight is not reduced at all.). We didnt protest it.
✓ It intentionally recruits stewardesses who weigh less, so that it can save on their weights. This is not a joke. Compare their stewardesses with that of their competitors; Indigo saves at least 10 kg per stewardess, thus 40 kg per flight. All this is sold you. All those Women's rights people did nothing too.
Up to this, all these steps are not illegal, only unethical. Now for the real illegal stuff:
✓ Surge pricing. I am yet to see one law that permits an industry to charge two identically placed consumers differently. This is blatant discrimination. We swallowed it meekly.
✓ Selling seats inside the plane at different rates. First row, Row 12 & 13 are costlier. Why? Because we did not protest it and Indigo can get away with it. *If Indigo is in dire need of money, let it introduce a Business Class or a First Class*. No, it wont. Because then it has to provide larger seats and more facilities. *Its aim is to loot us more for the same service, without providing more*.
At this rate, I wont be surprised if the oxygen masks drop down only to those passengers who pay a little bit extra. We wont even protest that, and the DGCA will continue to get their salary and do nothing.
And now this attack on a passenger. The whistleblower was dismissed, and the two would-be murderers were retained. Even here, at first, Indigo tried to justify the muderous attack through a planted news item in that paper very good for wrapping samosas, the Times of India. *Only when the public fury came in full force did the "management" apologize". Even then it did not reinstate the whistleblower employee back to job.* It should have published the names of the employees involved, paid their lawful dues and dismissed them and published the dismissal order. Have they done it? No. They know we are fools who dont care for each other.
Enough is enough. Citizens, *boycott Indigo for one day, and tell its robber barons that we d care about our fellow passengers.*
Since most of you might have boked your tickets, lets choose a day a fortnight ahead. Say 25th November.
Teach them a lesson they will never forget. Hit them where it pains - in their wallets.
Or ignore this message and carry on. And get ready to face even more arrogant Indigo and its even more brutal employees.

Threshold for Composition scheme to be increased to Rs. 1.5 Crores. Uniform tax rate of 1% applicable for both traders and manufacturers.
Composition suppliers allowed services upto Rs. 5 lakh per annum for eligibility. Exempted supply not to be taxed at 1%.

Filing of Form GSTR 2 and GSTR 3 has been suspended for the current financial year. Only GSTR 1 is to be filed as per the below schedule.

The due date of TRAN-1 has been extended to December 31, 2017.

Rate of penalty for delay in filing of returns will be reduced from Rs. 200 per day to Rs. 20 per day for suppliers with nil returns. For others, penalty to be reduced to Rs. 50 per day.
*GSTR-4 extended*
Due date for return of suppliers covered in composition scheme in Form GSTR-4 has been extended to 24th December 2017.

New India Assurance Stock Price & Latest Update
New India Assurance Co Ltd reported robust Q2FY18 numbers. Its PAT jumped 187.5% YoY to Rs 748.3cr, led by healthy growth in investment income, up 16.5% YoY to Rs 1,530cr. The drop in claims ratio and operating expenses ratio was encouraging.

A family member placed a call to HDFC Bank. Here is the conversatio :
*Family Member*: "I am calling to tell you that she died in Jan '16."
*HDFC Bank*: "The account was never closed. So the late fees & charges still apply."
*Family Member*:😳 "Maybe, you should turn it over to yr collections dept."
*HDFC Bank*: "Since it is two months overdue, it already has been."
*Family Member*: "So, what will they do when they find out she is no more?"
*HDFC Bank*: "Either report her account to frauds division or report her to the credit bureauor maybe both!"
*Family Member*: 😷 "Do you think God will be mad at her?"
*HDFC Bank*: 😳 "Excuse me?"
*Family Member*: 😡 'Did you just get what I was telling you - the part about her being dead?"
*HDFC Bank*: 😒"Sir, you'll have to speak to my supervisor."
Supervisor gets on the phone:
*Family Member*: "I'm calling to inform you that she died in Jan '16 with a Rs.0 balance on her credit card."
*HDFC Bank*: "The account was never closed and late fees and charges still apply."
*Family Member*: "You mean you want to collect from her estate?"
*HDFC Bank*: (Stammer) "Are you her lawyer?"
*Family Member*: "No, I'm her grand nephew."
*HDFC Bank*: "Could you fax us a certificate of death?"
*Family Member*: "Sure." (Fax number was given )
After they got the fax :
*HDFC Bank*: "Our system isn't setup for *death*. I don't know what more I can do to help."
*Family Member*: "Well, if you figure it out, great! If not, you could just keep billing her. She won't care."
*HDFC Bank*: "Well, the late fees and charges will still apply."
(What is wrong with these people?!?)
*Family Member*: "Would you like her new billing address?"
*HDFC Bank*: "That might help..."
*Family Member*: "Odessa Memorial Cemetery, Grave no 1169, Avinashi, Coimbatore."
*HDFC Bank*: "Sir, that's a cemetery!"
