We are apprehensive of Jaypee group companies as it has probably one of the largest loans on its account books. However it has published rosy picture but the value of share speaks a different story. Check out the companies saddled with high debt in India and you will find their name also in the list.
In our opinion one should avoid getting into Jaypee group companies as the projects being handled by these companies have long gestation period and require a large capital which means more loans and higher interest outgo before any revenue comes in hand.
