Google Adwords provide you a large number of keywords limit to play with to arrive at the keywords which yield result for your online efforts.
Google Adwords has a 2000 keyword limit per ad group and has a 50000 Keyowrds limit for the adwords account. Moreover they allow only 100 ad groups per account.
Negative keywords are counted along with all your other keywords.
