Promoters Alakh Pandey and Prateek Maheshwari currently hold 40.31% stake each in the company, while WestBridge Capital, GSV Ventures, Lightspeed, and Hornbill Capital are key institutional investors.

As of Q1 FY26, PhysicsWallah operated 303 learning centres across six business verticals, marking a remarkable 68% jump from 182 centres a year earlier. This rapid expansion underscores the company’s strong hybrid education strategy that blends digital content with offline engagement.
