Kewal Kiran Clothing (KKCL) is a branded apparel manufacturer. It was incorporated as a private limited company on Jan. 30, 1992 and became a public limited company with the current name on Nov. 02, 2005. The company manufactures branded jeans, semi-formal and casual wear for men. The product range includes jeans, cotton trousers, denim shirts, cotton shirts, non-cotton shirts, non-cotton trousers, jackets, knitted t-shirts and accessories (bags, belts, caps, ..etc). Brands include Killer, Easies, Lawman, Integriti and K-Lounge. It has also launched the Lawman range of eye wear and casual shoes and women`s range under the Killer brand in fiscal 2007. Kewal Kiran Clothing has five units in Mumbai, Daman and Vapi with an annual capacity of 25 million pieces. The company is setting up new manufacturing facilities for which it had raised Rs 806 million from the issue of shares in March 2006. The company has won several awards like the Industry 2.0 award for achieving highest rating in ranking of India`s Top 500 manufacturing small & mid sized company rating in 2006 and the award for the Best Company in Textiles/Apparel Sector by CNBC TV 18 and ICICI Bank in 2005. The company has a well organized distribution network for all its brands and has 60 K-Lounge branded retail stores. It plans to increase its retail stores under different brand names to 289 by 2010.
