As we had stated in our previous post that market will consolidate for sometime and will thereafter embark on fresh leg of journey which moves in positive direction if Nifty remains above the level of 5000 and if Nifty dips below 4965-4900 we may revisit the lows of the year in the Nifty.
However as of now till the time Nifty sustains above 5000 level, we are in a bullish trend and this bullish mode will get a boost once Nifty starts trading above the level of 5056. We further need to monitor the euro crisis as its positive handling can lead to another upswing in the market. However stock specific opportunities are the order of the day and thus make use of the sure day trading tip for the day and finish the day with profit as one becomes immune to overnight global factor and uncertainties.
The market breadth, which indicates the overall health of the market, was positive. Out of the total of 3166 stocks traded on the BSE, 1524 advanced, 1518 declined and 124 stocks remained unchanged. During the month of December we expect RBI Credit Policy December 2011 to remain non tinkered which may give boost to markets with banking, real estate and finance companies getting a push. As a strategy buy at lower levels and sell at higher levels during the month.
How will Nifty Open on Wednesday?
Indian markets are expected to move in the negative territory on opening as European countries are now at a risk of being downgraded in their ratings by credit rating agencies and because of the ambiguity over a stimulus package that has, in turn has led to an increased default concerns. Thus we can safely assume that S&P’s (rating agency Standard & Poor’s) warning to downgrade euro zone countries is likely to have an adverse impact on Indian markets on opening trades tomorrow morning.
