As you may know, we've recently completed the process of moving search ad serving for Yahoo! to the Microsoft in India. As a result, your search ads are now served by Microsoft Advertising adCenter, and no longer by the Yahoo! Search Marketing platform. If you have any funds left in your Yahoo! Search Marketing account, we will refund the balance to you through either the credit card you have on file with us or via a demand draft from Yahoo!.
What you need to know
• If you previously had a credit card on file in your Yahoo! Search Marketing account, we will refund the balance directly back to this credit card account, which will be reflected in your November 2011 credit card billing statement.
• If you did not have a credit card on file with us previously, we will refund the balance to you via a demand draft in early November 2011.
• The financial and performance reports and data will still be accessible for some time in your account until 5th of January 2012, Therefore, we recommend that you download any critical information at this time if you may need it in the future.
