Oberoi Constructions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oberoi Realty is a 50% joint venture in Siddhivinayak Realties Private. SRPL had entered into an agreement with V Hotels for purchase of a hotel property, namely, Centaur Hotel located at Juhu beach. 04-MAY-11 Oberoi Realty has posted growth of 12.88% in its FY11 consolidated net profit at Rs 5.17 billion as compared to Rs 4.58 billion in FY10. 04-MAY-11 Oberoi Realty has posted marginal growth of 30.77% in its consolidated Q4FY11 net profit at Rs 1.36 billion as compared to Rs 1.04 billion in the corresponding quarter a year ago.
