The Nifty is trading below its crucial support of 5500 and in its upmove it has to breach crucial resistance of 5621 to reach next resistance at the level of 5700-5800 and for the time being market is trading in sideways mode with negative bias. One will see Nifty 5400-5450 acting as a good support for the market. It appears that the coming month will see Nifty moving in a broad range of 400 points between 5300-5700 in the July series. Thus the ideal opportunity to make money in the market is with hot day trading tips and and this money is made in specific stocks the existing volatility prevalent in the market helps to make additional profit for the traders. For Indian market all eyes will be on the monsoon session of parliament as govt is likely to table a number of bills and one needs to see that how many of these tabled bills are cleared by the parliament.
Upbeat results by largest private bank, ICICI Bank pulled the Nifty higher in the afternoon session on Friday and still some more bluechip companies results are likely to be declared. Last Friday saw overall breadth of the market as positive as 1,507 stocks advanced, while 1,337 stocks declined.
Global Market Update
(a) On the global front, European stocks slid, extending the Stoxx Europe 600 Index’s monthly drop, as U.S. lawmakers called off a vote on a Republican plan for raising the nation’s debt ceiling. Asian shares and U.S. index futures declined.
(b) Asian markets also ended on a firm note after Greece averted a bail-out and got an approval of a five year austerity plan and assets sale to prop up its ailing economy.
