If Nifty is able to sustain itself above the level of 4899, than we are in for the happy times again as market is going to see the resistance once again near the levels of 5055-5155-5185 and a final resistance will be encountered at 5200 levels and thereafter no looking back till the level of 5500. Internationally DOW has been in an uptrend and thus is likely to witness 10,000 mark and with it will also give the requisite push to the Indian market.

Analysis of derivatives market suggests that implied volatility has decreased on option front by around 150-200 basis points wgich is a pointer that the market will witness buying at lower levels.Brokers had a field day as volumes in Nifty future were higher than the average trading volumes on account of high intra-day volatility. It appears that now Reliance pack will again come in the action and as per the grapevine prevalent the court settlement is going to be in the favour of RNRL.
