2. RBI rate cut: RBI Repo rate cut is positive for the money markets and one will be seeing an agressive strategy by RBI where one will see another round of 100-150 bps CRR cut by March and another round of 100 bps Repo rate cut by April is not ruled out and same is to enhance the liquidity in the market. Moreover one can even expect a SLR to be cut by 3-4% points going forward.
